Hi there!

My name is Ashley Levesque, founder of Adapt With Ashley. You might be asking yourself,  “ What does ‘Adapt with Ashley’ mean?”... Let me give you a little background on myself, how I got started and why I put this all together. After all, if you choose to “Adapt with Ashley”, you’ll be choosing me! :)


About 5 years ago, I was going to school for event planning and realized that I was genuinely unhappy with the direction of my life. I felt I was just going through the motions like a zombie and didn’t have any passion for what I was doing. So, one day in finance class, I got up and left… for good! I decided right there that I was going to leave school and begin focusing all of my energy and education on my true passion: helping others transform their lives through health and fitness.


Health and fitness has been a part of my life since birth. My mother competed in bikini contests and my father was a professional bodybuilder… So yes, I was doomed from the start :)


We grew up on a farm in New Hampshire with my four siblings, where we had fresh food everyday from either local farms or our backyard. I was taught from an early age how to enjoy eating healthy and indulge in moderation. Understanding how to achieve and enjoy a balanced lifestyle is key.


I have been involved in sports and physical fitness since I can remember. I played soccer my entire life and in college as well. I stopped competing my sophomore year, because I began to realize that traditional schooling was obviously no longer in the cards for me, and organized sports were a part of that. 


I received my certification and began Personal Training in 2018. I was in New York, having the time of my life and learning how to develop myself as well as others simultaneously. The most important thing throughout and up to this point, was that while working one-on-one with clients, I realized it was not all about physical training and exercising… That is only the foundation for which the next level of training can take place: nurturing a healthy mind to truly develop the best version of one’s self. 


Believe me, it’s much easier said than done. That is why I’ve  continued my education and branched into more in-depth coaching. Helping people create a sustainable, positive mindset and positive energy throughout their daily lives, ultimately leads them to become the best versions of themselves and reach their full potential. No matter what life throws at them! 


Now, my all encompassing approach is to ensure that you are well prepared for all life’s scenarios -  both physically and mentally. That is why I call  myself, a “Health Vibrancy Coach”, here to do everything in my power to help you maintain a radiant, positive energy, and properly use your body and mind together as one, in order to best adapt to your life. 


You can accomplish anything, as long as you have the right tools… And I am here to show you that you already have them! They just might need a little sharpening :)
